Farm Credit Canada AgriSpirit Fund

The Farm Credit Canada AgriSpirit Fund supports projects in communities of less than 150,000 people by charities, non-profit groups and First Nations, Inuit, or Métis governments/communities.

Who can apply?
• Charities registered with the Canada Revenue Agency
• Non-profit organizations who partner with a municipal body,
territorial or provincial government; Non-profit organizations who partner with First Nations, Inuit or Métis governments/communities; the municipal body or government/community must agree to receive contributed money.
• Town, city, rural municipality, or First Nations, Inuit or Métis government/community under 150,000 people

Examples of what FCC AgriSpirit Fund may consider:
• Projects to support food recovery or reduction of food waste
• Initiatives that support agriculture and food
• Projects that may reduce your environmental footprint
• Projects that improve accessibility and inclusion
• Construction of or upgrades to community buildings

Application for funding is from April 15 – May 15, 2024.
